When In Manila

Here are my little adventure in the Metro.

Manila Zoo

It's good to know that there's still a place in the Metro where you can just relax and just forget the stressful traffic, pollution and noise. I've been here a thousand times and even at my age, its still excites me whenever I go to Manila Zoo. It may not looked like the same anymore but the memories that I have of this place stays the same.

 Manila Ocean Park

This is where we met the whole cat of "Finding Nemo". No I'm just kidding. Manila Ocean Park is the country's first world-class themed park. We went there on my brother's birthday. To say the kids enjoyed so much is an understatement. It was a whole experience for all of sand it is the best way to have a glimpse of what's beneath the ocean without getting wet. Visit Manila Ocean Park and you will surely treasure the moments you spent there.

Rizal Park

Last but not the least on my list is Rizal Park. When in Manila, one should not forget to visit this place. I've been there a lot of times but never had the chance to take a Selfie with "the good doctor". Sad to say, the view there today is already ruined because of that building which makes my regret two times over.

There you have it, my list of "must visit places in Manila". As the saying goes, "huwag maging dayuhan sa sariling bayan".

 My 5 Summer Skin Tips

1. Skin Protect Mist -Flawless

Protect your skin from the sun. Use Flawless Skin Protect Mist. It effectively shields skin from UVA and UVB rays. It is water resistant, paraben free and safe for   children and pregnant women.

2. Water

In this humid weather our skin dries quickly. We need to drink lots of water. Drinking water can clear up your skin and help you look more fresh and glowing. Carry a water bottle  with you all day to make sure you always have water on hand.

3. Sunnies

Aside from our skin we should also protect our eyes from the sun. Wearing shades/sunnies is not only for you to look good or to partner to your OOTD its also beneficial.Whenever you go outside , always make sure you wear shades to help prevent wrinkles under your eyes by reducing the squints you make caused by the sun's glare. It's a must to invest on a good pair of shades because it will provide ample protection from UV rays and the way it would make you look good is just a plus.

4. Sunblock

I honestly don't care if I put sunblock on my face when I go out of the house before but, now that I learned so much about the benefits of using sunblock it became my habit to apply it before I leave the house. Aside from protecting our skin from the harmful effects of ultraviolet radiation which includes development of skin cancers. Sunblock also slow down the development of wrinkled, premature skin ageing.

This Flawless Skin Protect Gel is very handy and easy to bring because of its size you have no excuse not to have it inside your bag or pocket . Flawless Skin Protect Gel is suitable for oily and acne prone skin.

5. Umbrella

I will end my #SUMMERSKINTIPS with a plain and simple one. Use umbrella. I'm not a fan of umbrella. It's size eats a lot of space inside the bag. Since I'm out of the house most of the time I am now changing my mind. I now love my Umbrella. We all know that too much sun is not good for our skin so why not aside from putting sunblock we also use umbrella. If umbrella is not the best option for you to protect your skin from the sun I suggest you use a pashmina or a hat.
